Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics UK is recruiting a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team responsible for the efficient processing and dispatch of packages. You will ensure targets are met while upholding high safety and quality standards.

You will supervise delivery associates and warehouse staff, manage inbound/outbound flows, monitor metrics, implement policies, resolve issues, conduct inventory checks, and report on performance to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics, warehousing, or delivery operation.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• A commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
