Amazon's Delivery Station Liaison Agents are in direct contact with our customers, ensuring missed deliveries are successfully completed and customer queries are handled effectively. Your ability to respond quickly and implement solutions will help keep this vital part of Amazon's operations running smoothly.
Based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers. You'll inform delivery partners of rescheduled deliveries, resolve delivery issues promptly, and ensure a great customer experience without direct contact.
Working at the heart of Amazon's logistics, you'll develop expertise in logistics and customer service, leveraging your understanding of our supply chain and local delivery connections.
Our Delivery Service Liaison (DSL) team helps customers with last-mile deliveries, facilitating redeliveries and investigating cases where drivers cannot find an address. We work closely with delivery station colleagues and partners worldwide.
DSL agents possess both customer service and logistics expertise and collaborate with multiple Amazon teams to ensure parcels reach customers successfully.
