Owen Daniels is expanding its Birmingham team and seeks a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support engineering and manufacturing clients. You will source, assess and guide candidates through the full lifecycle using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or delivery-focused recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• A team player with a professional and positive approach.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, STEM recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
• Commutable distance to NEC Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal database.
• Advertise vacancies accurately and attract high-quality candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates via CV review and competency-based interview.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage interview coordination, preparation and feedback.
• Support offer management and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to deliver against client requirements.
