Position Summary

STS Technical Services is hiring a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our team onsite at STS Aviation Services in Manchester. This role is ideal for experienced delivery-focused recruiters or 360 consultants looking to shift into a dedicated account management and candidate sourcing role within the technical staffing industry. You’ll focus exclusively on providing outstanding recruitment support to a key aviation client while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt top-tier technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Proactively address hard-to-fill vacancies with strategic, solution-driven sourcing approaches
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and feedback coordination
• Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress, sourcing challenges, and market trends
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process
