Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator to join a delivery-focused programme. This role centers on bringing together multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and delivering against an established plan.

The successful candidate will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, challenge constructively, and keep teams aligned on priorities and milestones, with remote work and Kent onboarding days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an established Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator.
• Strong track record of delivering projects against plans, milestones and deadlines.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams and complex dependencies.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify risks and drive solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across levels.
• Experience holding teams accountable while maintaining positive relations.
• Competence with standard PM tools, particularly MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery against an existing project plan, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and align multiple workstreams, identifying risks and blockers.
• Maintain momentum by tracking progress and ensuring actions are completed.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders for alignment.
• Challenge constructively to drive decisions and actions forward.
• Monitor delivery progress and re-plan where necessary.
• Ensure clear ownership of actions, deliverables and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups for collaboration.
