The Delivery Partner Manager is an advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). They assist and guide DSP business owners in building and growing successful last mile package delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics (AMZL). The role involves supporting new business startups, ensuring operational excellence, and working closely with regional managers and internal stakeholders to improve safety, performance, and capacity management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, guiding business scaling, onboarding new owners, coaching and upskilling, analyzing customer metrics, enforcing processes, developing relationships with DSPs, and managing capacity to meet peak demands. The role requires flexibility, travel between sites, and working hours that accommodate business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key job responsibilities

1. Safety: Collaborate with safety managers to ensure compliance.
2. Performance: Support business scaling, onboarding, and operational improvements.
3. Experience: Improve workflow efficiency and DSP relationships.
4. Capacity Management: Work with DSPs on ramp plans and pipeline goals.
