Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise DSP owners, help them scale, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the last mile network. The role collaborates with OTR, PAR, VAS, Legal, fleet, and product teams to optimize DSP performance and capacity.

It requires extensive travel across sites and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The manager acts as the DSP voice inside AMZL, driving KPI improvements, risk mitigation, and effective ramp plans for

Qualifications

Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders across teams.
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, or equivalent.
Experience working with third party vendors, or reliability/maintenance environments.
Experience in client or vendor facing roles with relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to identify insights.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools such as Oracle BI, Salesforce, Tableau.
Knowledge of general AI tools.
Experience dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
Performance: Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues.
Performance: Support onboarding to the program and prepare for launch for net new launches.
Performance: Coach and ensure effective upskilling and utilisation of AMZL tools.
Performance: Deep dive to identify customer metric improvement opportunities.
Performance: Champion consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations.
Performance: Coach business owners to run compliant, safe and high performing companies.
Experience: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at network level.
Experience: Develop the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners.
Experience: Align communication to DSP owners after collaboration with OTR partners.
Be the voice of the DSP within and represent them within the AMZL business.
Experience: Improve driver standards to protect brand image.
Capacity Management: Work with DSPs to deliver ramp plans and pipeline goals.
