Job summary
Appvia is seeking a Delivery Manager to join a UK-based, security-cleared delivery programme, supporting critical public sector services across the UK. You will lead multidisciplinary agile teams, plan, prioritise and deliver in short increments, run ceremonies, and keep backlogs tidy with the product owner while removing blockers.
The role is permanent, hybrid (UK), with a salary of £40k-£55k plus a 10% bonus, 10% shares and benefits.
Qualifications
- Delivery Manager with hands-on agile delivery in technical or digital teams.
- Experience using Jira to plan, track, and report delivery.
- Strong Excel skills and data-driven reporting.
- Experience managing milestones, dependencies, and risk across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery for one or more agile teams and plan in regular increments.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; keep backlog refined with the product owner.
- Remove blockers and protect the team's focus while aligning with stakeholders.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; provide clear delivery reporting to programme leadership.
