Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Power Query and complex formulas required.
• Knowledge and use of SharePoint is essential.
• Experience in leading or managing a process.
• Team leadership or staff management experience.
• Adherence to set processes and work instructions.
• Educated to A Level or equivalent with English and Maths GCSE.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing of assessment material end-to-end, paper and electronic submissions.
• Review and improve tracking using tools including Excel/Power Query.
• Manage unmarked and marked processes and result closure for qualifications.
• Ensure QA checks and SLA-aligned result release with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with centres, examiners and internal teams to meet SLAs.
