Netcompany is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive our delivery capability from Leeds. You will work within the Application Development unit on a variety of projects, delivering optimum solutions to clients and managing complex delivery programs.

This role requires strong experience in public sector projects, agile delivery, and effective stakeholder communication. Hybrid working, private healthcare, pension and professional development opportunities are offered to support your growth and success

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering complex projects within project and program management roles.
• Experience in public sector.
• Knowledge of Software delivery lifecycle.
• Occasional travel.
• Clear communication to management, teams and customers to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record delivering complex projects with outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead large technology and business change projects, scoping deliverables and timeframes.
• Strong scrum master experience, delivering Agile methodologies and Kanban.
• Manage system integration projects across technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Experience working within structured Change and Release Management processes.
• Communicate clearly to management, team members and customers to build trust and relationships.
