Job summary

Kainos Group plc in Birmingham is seeking a Delivery Manager (Public Sector) to lead bespoke software delivery for government and other public authorities. You will work in a senior, client-facing role within an agile environment, ensuring governance, quality and value delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgeting (£5M+), risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

You will empower and support Kainos teams to perform well, learn and grow in a manner that is consistent with Kainos company values.
