Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi‑team programs within Personal Investing from strategy to benefits realisation. You will own the delivery plan, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and remove impediments, driving decisions and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and benefits land.

This hands‑on role requires strong facilitation, data‑driven decision making, and ability to collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional technology and business initiatives.
• Data-driven trade‑offs and land outcomes under ambiguity and time pressure.
• Strong command of Agile at scale and hybrid planning; complex planning and release orchestration.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence; knowledge of other PPM platforms; AI tools bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes and program leadership across multi‑team initiatives; translate strategy into delivery milestones.
• Run delivery cadences (standups, PI planning, exec touchpoints) and surface issues early.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies; deconflict and escalate with data and options.
• Remove impediments across tech, process, and org boundaries; secure resources and decisions.
• Drive risk, issue, and change control; implement recovery plans and stabilisation playbooks.
• Build shared narratives for executives; tailor updates to decision‑quality information.
• Manage forecasts, burn, and benefits tracking; drive remediation and post‑launch realization.
• Partner with engineering for release planning, non‑functional testing, and operational acceptance.
