Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and value for money. You will manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities include overseeing budgets, driving efficiencies, implementing business improvements, monitoring performance indicators, analyzing trends, creating reports, and stakeholder engagement. You will foster a positive team environment, manage reactive repairs and voids maintenance, and undertake training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.

What You'll Bring

You should have sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance services, relevant regulations, and British Standards. Strong leadership, people management, performance management, budget control, and service improvement experience are essential. Qualifications such as CIOB or RICS are desirable, but extensive relevant experience is also valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH), and expertise in permit-to-work and risk assessments will strengthen your application.
