HS2 Ltd is seeking a Delivery Manager for Land & Property to coordinate possessions, hand backs and disposals of land, and to secure utility land rights enabling timely project delivery.

Salary - Base salary: From £41,092 pa (Birmingham) OR £44,380 pa (London) depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits - check them out in the Benefits section on our website.
This is an exciting time for HS2 Phase 1 and the Land & Property programme, we are preparing for Main works civils contract completions and transitioning to Rail Systems installation and operation. Land and Property has a key role to play, to ensure our operational extents are clearly defined, and all necessary rights and restrictions are in place for safe operation of the railway. We will also be working closely with our supply chain to enable a clean contract closure for all land related activity.

As a Delivery Manager L&P you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of possessions (including enforcements), hand back of temporarily possessed land and disposal of Secretary of State land. In addition, the role will progress securing utility land rights to enable land hand back and disposal.
