I'm working with a leading Fintech based in London. Looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of core banking systems across a fast-paced and evolving financial services environment

Location: London

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of core banking system implementations—from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and third-party vendors
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Act as the main point of contact between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
• Drive agile delivery practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Solid background in project/delivery management within the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance
