Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a proactive project lead in Manchester to drive solutions from validation through to successful implementation. You will define scope, craft detailed plans with timelines and resources, and build a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes on time and to spec.

You’ll identify risks, maintain ongoing stakeholder communications, ensure quality, allocate resources wisely, monitor progress, and remove obstacles to keep the project moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritysing before driving implementation
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes.
• Ensure that the project’s deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
• Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
