Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of inbound, warehouse processing and outbound activities, coordinating with THG Operations, Transportation carriers and Google teams.

The role requires hands-on coordination across B2B and e-comm channels, ensuring data accuracy, timely handovers and compliance with security protocols. Based at THG Omega, you will support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Primary point of contact for daily THG B2B outbound operations and carrier relationships.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across THG channels.
• Collaborate with Google, THG Ops, and warehouse teams to maintain data accuracy and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for THG B2B outbound operations with KN carriers.
• Ensure OOR is up to date and reconcile discrepancies with THG systems.
• Coordinate daily pickup of goods from THG and verify data flow accuracy.
• Ensure system documents match orders and are uploaded to THG systems.
• Monitor bookings against THG capacity and escalate where needed.
• Apply Google Security protocols and track shipments in Overhaul interface.

Google x THG Warehouse – Transport Coordinator

Based at THG Omega , this role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the operation between the THG Operations teams and the Transportation 3PLs (Carriers) and keeping accurate records of all products shipped. This role will also support cross-functional duties as described below.

The main objective of this role is to be a one stop shop and coordinate the day to day execution of Inbound, warehouse processing, and outbound activities across all channels, engaging with THG, Carrier and Google Teams cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation.

B2B Outbound Coordination

Manage K&N OOR by coordinating daily pickups.

• This role will serve as a primary point of contact for the daily operations of THG B2B Outbound Operation and the relationship with Transportation carriers [KN]. This role will be the principle point of contact between K&N,THG B2B Ops and Warehouse Teams.
• Ensuring the OOR is up to date and troubleshoot any discrepancies between it and THG systems
• Whilst manually operating the execution of Google B2B Operations, this role will coordinate the daily coordination of pickup of goods from THG, including monitoring the accuracy of the data flow and physical handover of goods.
• Ensure system documents match physical orders and are correctly uploaded to THG System
• Monitor bookings against THG daily capacity, and escalates when necessary. Ensure all documentation is completed ontime
• Ensure Google Security Trackers are placed on each and every shipment and accurately capture the information in the Overhaul interface prior to dispatch.
• Act as a point of contact for Google Security protocols [Overhaul] and liaise with GSRS [Google security team] for troubleshooting.
• Monitor outbound orders to ensure that all pallets are compliant and loading process is compliant

Inbound Coordination

• This role will serve as a primary point of contact for the daily operations of THG Inbound Operation and the relationship with Transportation carriers [DSV, DGF].
• Ensure every inbound delivery is booked with THG following the agreed process prior to delivery.
• Liaison between Google and THG to manage intake capacity and enable a steady flow of Inbound shipments without compromising carriers SLA.

E-comm Outbound Coordination

• This role will serve as a primary point of contact for the daily operations of THG B2C Outbound Operation and the relationship with Transportation e-comm carriers [DPD & DHL Express].
• Daily coordination of pickup of goods from THG, including monitoring the accuracy of the data flow and physical handover of goods including weekend Ops by liaising with THG weekend teams.
• Liaison between Google an d THG to manage output capacity and enable a steady flow of outbound shipments without compromising carriers SLA
