Job Title: Delivery Manager - Managed Legal Services (MLS)

Vario, a market-leading provider of alternative legal services within Pinsent Masons, is seeking a Delivery Manager to support our MLS delivery teams. This role involves ensuring the delivery of world-class legal services to practice groups and external clients, focusing on team development, resource management, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Line manage a team of paralegals, overseeing daily supervision, training, and development.
2. Supervise the delivery of legal services to end users.
3. Support service delivery on engagements, including resource planning, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
4. Develop delivery models to ensure best-in-class service.
5. Build effective relationships across practice groups and sectors.
6. Collaborate with Resource Management to allocate work and monitor capacity.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexible working options considered.

Specialist Teams:

This role will be within one of our specialist teams, such as Asset Management, Banking, Commercial, Construction, etc.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in alternative legal services.
• Proven leadership of high-performing legal teams.
• Experience managing legal services in high-volume, multi-location environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and promote alternative service delivery models.
• Experience working with performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
