One of i3s top clients is looking for a Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of digital product and technology initiatives across Digital Solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering and business delivery — partnering with Product Owners, Technical Leads and stakeholders to enable effective planning, delivery transparency and sustainable outcomes across one or more product squads or value streams.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with a modern, product-led mindset: someone who creates the conditions for teams to succeed rather than owning product outcomes directly.
As Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening delivery capability across Digital Solutions by helping teams deliver agreed priorities with greater predictability, visibility and confidence. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering colleagues to support agile ways of working, remove delivery friction, improve flow across teams and contribute to consistent delivery standards and governance.
Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to support delivery of business outcomes through effective planning, prioritisation and execution.
Create clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and delivery health through effective governance, communication and reporting.
Coach squads and stakeholders in agile principles and ways of working, facilitating planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement activities.
Support teams to establish realistic delivery plans, improve flow and predictability, remove blockers and create healthy, high-performing environments.
Support quarterly planning activities and help teams balance capacity, demand and delivery confidence while promoting informed decision-making.
Contribute to delivery standards, share best practice, mentor others and support the continued evolution of delivery management across Digital Solutions.
