Job summary

Booker Limited is seeking an experienced delivery operations manager to lead a team at a busy branch in the UK. You will ensure efficient, safe delivery activities, control costs, and deliver excellent customer service while complying with legal constraints.

You will work with the regional team to identify opportunities, foster a strong customer-service culture, and develop your staff through coaching and engagement in a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in deliveries/transport is essential.
