You will deliver end-to-end technology recruitment across mid to senior roles, supported by a delivery-first framework and no sales or client-acquisition responsibilities.

In this role you will manage high-volume hiring with pace and accuracy, build quality candidate pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes through market insight and credibility.

Qualifications

• Proven agency recruitment experience at Senior or Principal level
• Experience delivering technology roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Delivery across Software Development, Cloud, Cyber, SAP, Infra/Network

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across technology roles from mid-level to senior positions
• Manage high volumes with pace, accuracy and control
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
• Influence hiring outcomes through market insight and delivery credibility
• Operate autonomously within agreed processes, SLAs and frameworks
