Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for supply chain, distribution, warehouse, and carrier systems from our Sheffield DC. This role blends business analysis with delivery leadership and requires close collaboration with warehouse operations and engineering teams.

You will own the Realm roadmap, translate stakeholder requirements into epics and stories, and ensure timely delivery with robust acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Delivery management, project management, business analysis or scrum master experience in an engineering context.
• Strong business analysis skills: elicitation, mapping, and translating operations into clear specs.
• Experience writing and managing a product backlog; proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication across engineers, warehouse ops, and leadership; able to manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own Realm roadmap across warehouse, distribution, and carrier systems.
• Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap reviews.
• Coordinate delivery between engineering, warehouse ops, and external partners.
• Manage handoffs and release coordination to minimize downtime on the warehouse floor and carrier interfaces.
• Ensure Jira/Confluence reflect real progress and impediments; drive continuous improvement.
