Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end software delivery for supply chain, distribution, warehouse, and carrier systems. The role blends delivery ownership with in-depth business analysis of warehouse processes, mapping current and future workflows, and defining engineering work with clear acceptance criteria.

You’ll bridge warehouse operations, carrier partners, and engineering, ensuring data flow and integration readiness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivery management, project management, business analysis, or scrum master roles.
Strong business analysis: elicitation, mapping, and clear specifications.
Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Experience writing and managing product backlogs from non-technical stakeholders.
Confident using Jira and Confluence for delivery and documentation.
Ability to manage third party vendors, agencies, or carrier partners.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery rhythm for the Realm, including standups and sprint reviews.
Coordinate with warehouse, distribution ops, and carrier partners to ensure timely delivery.
Translate operational requirements into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
Maintain roadmap and ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-Realm coordination and post-release reviews.
