Job summary

Amach is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with fluent Spanish to join our technology and change teams for a major international travel and loyalty client. The role is based in London with hybrid working, requiring two days on-site weekly and occasional travel to Spain.

You will own multiple technology and business change initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with product owners, engineers and third-party suppliers. Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities.
• Strong planning and delivery management skills within scope, budget and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Fluent English and business-level Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS 365.
• On-site London work 2 days per week with some travel to Spain.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of technology and business change initiatives end to end, from initiation to review.
• Work across business and technology teams to turn ideas into working outcomes.
• Develop delivery plans, coordinate activities, manage dependencies and remove barriers.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide clear communication.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure alignment across parties.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Work across Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, engineering and suppliers.
• Communicate delivery progress in English and Spanish across locations.
• Identify opportunities to raise delivery standards and adopt new technologies.
