Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of public sector client accounts in a London hybrid environment. You will contribute to business development, surface opportunities, and provide independent assurance on delivery quality, governance, and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience in central government, local government, or a regulated public body.
• Working knowledge of public sector frameworks, e.g. the GDS Service Standard, DDaT expectations, and standard business case and spend approval processes.
• Experience with public sector procurement routes, e.g. G-Cloud and Crown Commercial Service.
• Comfortable engaging senior public sector stakeholders
• Ideally holds, or is eligible for, the required security clearance
• Willingness and ability to work in a London hybrid arrangement

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assurance and oversight on separate client accounts, checking delivery quality, risk, and governance
• Maintain regular stakeholder engagement with associates and clients at least fortnightly
• Own monthly Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Associate Satisfaction (ASAT) measurement
• Champion esynergy brand representation across client accounts
• Lead weekly account planning and reporting
• Support resource forecasting and capacity planning
• Maintain delivery roadmaps using agile methodology
• Identify stakeholder maps and own RAID activity to uncover and
• Create completion statements, monthly value reviews, and monthly team health checks
