Qualifications

• Strong delivery governance, risk & issue management, scope and change control, financial management, forecasting, and quality assurance capabilities.
• Executive communication, client relationship management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Integrated planning, milestone management, dependency management, delivery tooling, data-driven reporting, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from mobilization through stabilization and client acceptance.
• Plan integrated delivery milestones, dependencies, and readiness gates across modernization workstreams.
• Ensure delivery commitments align with scope, timeline, quality, and business outcomes.
• Define and operate delivery governance, including steering committees and reporting cadences.
• Manage RAID, delivery reporting, escalation handling, and executive narratives.
• Ensure adherence to delivery quality standards and governance expectations.
• Own scope baseline, change control, and alignment with contractual commitments and finances.
• Act as client-facing delivery authority for executive communication and decision forums.
• Drive client satisfaction, proactive risk management, and follow-on opportunities.
• Orchestrate modernization workstreams including data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Manage migration/cutover risks, data consistency, readiness gates, rollback planning, and continuity.
• Ensure testing governance across SIT, UAT, parallel run, defect leakage, stability, and functional equivalence.
• Deliver on time and on budget against approved scope and milestones.
• Fulfill contractual delivery commitments and governance standards.
• Drive RAID management, escalation closure, and reporting quality.
• Achieve successful cutover readiness, stabilization, and client acceptance.
• Collaborate across delivery, engineering, QA, and client teams.
