Job summary

Oxford Risk Limited in London/UK hybrid is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead post-sales delivery of behavioural-finance solutions. You will manage projects from scope through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and proactive client communication.

You will work with Sales, Product, Technology and Applied Insights to ensure timely delivery, while building knowledge of Oxford Risk's IP and advisory workflows to support adoption and specialist input when needed.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience managing client-facing tech or fintech implementations.
• Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to coordinate APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new products and methodologies.
• Ownership, proactive approach and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from agreed scope to launch and handover.
• Build confident client partnerships and manage expectations.
• Coordinate technical implementation, readiness, testing and go-live readiness.
• Develop product knowledge and escalate complex issues to specialists.
• Contribute to proposals with realistic commitments and usable guidance.
