Job summary

AQA is seeking an Associate Management Delivery Lead in Guildford to lead a portfolio of exam-related resources. You will supervise a team of administrators, forecast demand using data, and develop contingency plans to keep exam series on track.

You'll work hybrid, spend part of your week at the office, and collaborate closely with senior examiners and recruitment. The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and proactive problem-solving to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or supervisory role, including coaching colleagues and handling escalations.
• Experience working with data, systems and spreadsheets to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation to manage competing demands and deadlines.
• Customer and stakeholder management with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own operational resourcing for a portfolio of subjects, ensuring delivery against milestones.
• Lead, coach and support a team of administrators.
• Use management information to monitor resourcing, identify risks early and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure the right associate resource is available when needed.
• Build relationships with senior examiners and stakeholders to resolve resourcing challenges.
• Act as point of escalation and drive improvements to processes and ways of working.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance while seeking continuous improvement.
