Job summary

AQA is seeking an Associate Management Delivery Lead in Guildford. You will own resourcing for a portfolio of subjects, lead a team of administrators, and use data to forecast demand and mitigate risks.

You’ll work with Recruitment and senior examiners to ensure the right resources are in place to deliver each exam series successfully. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience working with data, systems and spreadsheets.
• Organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Customer and stakeholder management.
• Curiosity and improvement-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Own operational resourcing for a portfolio of subjects, ensuring delivery against key milestones.
• Lead, coach and support a team of administrators across your portfolio.
• Use data and management information to monitor resourcing, identify risks early and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and other teams to ensure the right resource is available when needed.
• Build strong relationships with senior examiners and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Act as a point of escalation and maintain high quality, compliant processes.
