Job summary

Browne Jacobson LLP in Nottingham is seeking a highly motivated Programme Manager to join our Business Change & Delivery team. This role is reserved for existing Browne Jacobson employees and centres on end-to-end delivery of prioritised programmes, applying the firm’s delivery framework in a hands-on, execution-focused capacity.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to the PMO.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex cross-functional programmes end-to-end.
Experience applying Prince2/MSP methodologies with awareness of Agile delivery.
IT deployment project experience and strong IT skills (software & infrastructure).

Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes and projects from mobilisation through to benefit realisation.
Manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies and interfaces across multiple workstreams and resources.
Track and report progress against delivery assurance checkpoints with the PMO and Delivery team, escalating when needed.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business sponsors and IT teams.
Support delivery excellence through knowledgeable use of the firm's delivery framework.
