We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the Frontier team. This is a fully homebased role but there will be a requirement to attend sites when needed.

You will be responsible for the delivery of products and services within the Technology department, whilst also supporting the department through agile coaching, sharing knowledge and aiding agile growth.

About You

  • Experienced in agile and Lean practices; ideally in scaled agile framework
  • Skilled in commercial & financial/budget management - Forecasting and actuals
  • Experienced in communication between technical and non-technical roles
  • Excellent knowledge on planning and delivery techniques
  • Experienced in team leadership and facilitation
  • Expert in Scrum Master capabilities and agile coaching

Your Role

As a Delivery Lead your role will involve:

  • Acting as the primary Delivery lead for one or more agile delivery teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Directing the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned to business goals.
  • Championing Agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Removing blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery momentum across sprints.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and UX Designers to ensure clear understanding and prioritisation of work.
  • Tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and delivery risks to stakeholders through reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Promoting team ownership and accountability while creating a safe and productive environment.
  • Coordinating across multiple technology teams or workstreams when needed, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Working with stakeholders to plan releases, manage scope, and balance delivery with quality.
  • Supporting and coaching team members in agile ways of working, especially new or less experienced team members.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to relevant governance, compliance, and technical delivery standards.
  • Helping manage resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management in conjunction with the Delivery Manager and other leadership.
