Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Delivery & Installation Technician to deliver and install mobility and healthcare equipment in customers' homes, hospitals and care settings. This hands-on role involves driving a company van, performing safety checks and providing a professional, customer-focused service.

Applicants should have a valid UK driving licence (3 points max), at least 3 years of driving experience, and be comfortable with manual handling and using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Hands-on, practical problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and field tech.
• Empathetic and professional when assisting vulnerable customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install and collect specialist mobility and healthcare equipment.
• Visit customers' homes, hospitals and other care settings.
• Drive a company van and perform daily vehicle safety checks.
• Load, unload and secure equipment for transport.
• Install equipment correctly and demonstrate safe usage.
• Use handheld tech to manage deliveries and maintain records.
• Provide a caring, professional, customer-focused service.
• Participate in on-call rota with enhanced payments.
