Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Driver Technician in the Leicester area to deliver, install and service healthcare equipment for customers in their homes. You will play a key role in ensuring a first-class customer experience with empathy, integrity and safety considered at every visit.

The role requires flexibility, the ability to work on-call, and a commitment to ongoing professional development within a supportive team and company culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years).
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes in a respectful, polite and approachable manner.
• Deliver, install, and repair healthcare equipment.
• Demonstrate equipment usage to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer-facing service with care, empathy, integrity and kindness.
• Perform basic DIY tasks where needed.
