Job summary

Artefact UK is seeking a Consulting Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, lead project teams, and safeguard delivery quality. You will partner with directors and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.

You’ll mentor Consultants and Specialists, drive cross-functional delivery, contribute to proposals, and help grow key accounts. London-based, hybrid work, with a fast-expanding data & AI practice.

Qualifications

• Around 4-6 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or a client-facing data role.
• Experience leading teams or managing client relationships with accountability.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle across engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Own relationships with senior client stakeholders at Director level or above.
• Manage a team of Consultants & Technical Profiles and support their development.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses; identify new opportunities.
• Ensure delivery quality and contribute to internal knowledge and methodologies.
