Role Overview

The energy industry is advancing with investment in smart technology, greener energy generation, and low carbon technology, leading to increased electricity usage. This role involves planning and delivering various LV and HV projects within the region, including Connections, Maintenance (GM/OH), OH Construction, Asset Replacement, and supporting Repairs activities on the electricity distribution network, with a focus on Safety, Customer Service, Quality, and Network Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a prioritized workload of connections, maintenance, or repairs activities.
2. Plan and execute projects within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
3. Communicate effectively with internal engineering and industrial resources.
4. Improve restoration and repairs performance.
5. Provide accurate and timely reports.
6. Formally close out and review completed projects against business objectives and criteria.
7. Carry out SAP roles and responsibilities.
8. Operate on an electricity distribution network with relevant experience.
9. Communicate verbally effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential Qualifications: Evidence must be provided for the following:

• HNC - Electrical discipline
• Experience with network operations on LV and HV Distribution Systems
• Knowledge of Operational Codes on LV / HV systems

Grade: Tech Level B pp13 - 21
