Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Delivery Effectiveness Consultant to join the Delivery Management Team. You will drive performance, productivity and delivery outcomes across multiple programmes within a complex infrastructure environment, partnering with senior leaders and project teams.

The role focuses on implementing frameworks, tools and behaviours to improve programme performance, embedding best practice and driving efficient delivery across the SZC portfolio.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project delivery principles, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of project controls, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and performance management.
• Knowledge of change management principles and the successful implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Understanding of organisational performance improvement techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital delivery tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, and business process improvement.
• Understanding of the challenges associated with delivering major infrastructure, engineering, construction, or regulated industry programmes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery teams are supported to achieve improved performance and productivity.
• Programme governance, project controls, quality, and risk management practices are consistently applied.
• New processes, tools, and technologies are successfully adopted and embedded.
