Job summary

Amentum in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Delivery Effectiveness Consultant to join the Delivery Management Team. About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Effectiveness Consultant to join the Delivery Management Team and play a pivotal role in improving performance, productivity, and delivery outcomes across multiple programmes within a complex major infrastructure environment. The role will work at the heart of programme delivery, partnering with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements and embed best practice. Also, works with E2E Managers to drive effectiveness into multi disciplined teams, and drives transforming Infrastructure Project via Modern Methods of Construction. The Delivery Effectiveness Programme has now moved from design and development into implementation, adoption, and embedding. The primary objective of this role is to improve programme performance, strengthen delivery capability, and drive productivity across the SZC portfolio through the successful implementation of the frameworks, tools, processes, and behaviours developed by the programme.

• Delivery teams are supported to achieve improved performance and productivity.
