About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also give customer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Performing vehicle maintenance checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and motivated to go the extra mile
