About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts, representing our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of a high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the local area within a mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
