About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable feedback and help ensure timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the team and promoting the company's brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
2. Maintaining high levels of customer service
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading the vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns
6. Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse as needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
2. Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
3. Previous delivery driver experience
4. Understanding of excellent customer service standards
5. Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
6. Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
