About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable feedback on customer and competitor activity and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a casual Delivery Driver, supporting the branch during holidays or absences, you'll contribute to the success of our high-performing organization and promote our brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
