About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences, contributing to the success of a high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good time management
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
