About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They provide valuable feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products to customers within a specified radius
2. Maintain high customer service standards
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Load your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collect customer returns as needed
6. Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assist in warehouse tasks when required
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
