About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also gather customer feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Role Details

As a casual Delivery Driver, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products within a mile radius of the branch
2. Maintain high customer service standards
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Load your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collect customer returns as needed
6. Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assist in the warehouse as required
8. Help with inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
