About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers help gather customer feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Deliver products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Load your vehicle according to procedures
• Collect customer returns as required
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks
• Assist in warehouse tasks as needed
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and motivated to achieve goals
