About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

Role Details

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization, promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions, and supporting various delivery and warehouse tasks.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as needed
• Performing daily vehicle checks and maintenance
• Assisting in warehouse tasks
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
