About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They serve as the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of a high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Vehicle maintenance including daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
