About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give valuable customer feedback and help us stay committed to timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customer premises within a mile radius
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high standards of customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mile
