About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team at GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers provide valuable feedback and help us stay committed to timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products to customers within a specified radius.
2. Maintain high levels of customer service.
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity.
4. Load your vehicle according to procedures.
5. Collect customer returns as needed.
6. Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks.
7. Assist in the warehouse when required.
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed.

Working hours: Up to average hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Good knowledge of the branch's radius.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management.
