Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and safely
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Plan routes efficiently
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues
• Maintain delivery records and collect customer signatures
• Receive and store deliveries
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• Assist with stock checks and inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts if licensed)
• Serve customers at the trade counter
• Process sales orders, payments and returns
• Provide product information and basic technical advice
• Upsell products where appropriate
